Our mission is to provide a safe and fun space for children to grow through play, learn essential life skills, and engage in therapeutic activities. Where no child leaves hungry and always knows how special they truly are!!

At Be the Village for Kids, our mission is to provide high-quality educational services to students of all ages and backgrounds after we make sure they have a full tummy from the FREE daily dinner. We believe that education and literacy are the key to unlocking a brighter future for all, but we need to make sure they can focus and learn.

We believe that it takes a village to raise a child and that our volunteers bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in gardening fresh organic produce that can be shared with children to help reduce childhood hunger in many different ways. A garden & produce stand will also teach skills like selling, counting money, hospitality, and will help end childhood hunger, one child at a time.

At Be The Village For Kids, we believe that we can have therapists such as ABA and speech, for example, come to give (no-cost to the family) group or individual sessions without the several years wait lists.

We encourage families to bring in the clothes that no longer fit their child and be able to get the next size up at little or no cost to them. Do you have children's clothes you need to get rid of and want to see them go to a child in need?

Would you like to become a member of our village? Please donate here to support our vision. Our online payment system is secure and convenient, allowing you to help feed a local child quickly. $35.00 provides a box of produce for a child in need. Thank you for supporting our mission to help ALL children grow & learn.

WANT TO HELP LOCAL CHILDREN?
We are looking for volunteers who want to see children live up to their full potential by teaching them skills that can give them hope for a brighter future. Skills like reading and writing, gardening, ABA, speech, math and so much more. Retired teachers? Been growing a garden since you were a child because your grandparents taught you? Want to be a dinner provider once a month? Want to come and read a book to small children from our on-site library for Snacks and Storytime? Not every family has a village to support and guide them.
